    For established leaders seeking increased executive presence and those undergoing or preparing for a transition, such as a promotion, job loss or change, or retirement.

    In 10-12 meetings over 6 months, clients explore the possibilities and define the life they want to live. Throughout the engagement, clients take a deep dive to identify behaviors and approaches that may hold them back from their goals. They define transformative goals to elevate their leadership, and position themselves to live their best life, professionally and personally.

  • 360 Review Assessments

    For leaders preparing for higher level roles and leaders in new roles.

    The results of a 360 review survey using the Leadership Circle Profile® frame your leadership approach. In three 1-hour sessions, clients review and explore their results, identify opportunities to strengthen selected skills and establish goals to elevate their leadership presence.

  • 1:1 Coaching 360 Review Add-on

    A Leadership Circle Profile® 360 review offers an extensive survey of feedback from direct reports, peers, direct managers and other leaders. Clients discover deeper insight into their strengths and opportunities, benchmarked against results from a global group of thousands of highly effective leaders. Clients explore the results and use them throughout the coaching engagement.

  • Spot Coaching

    For leaders with a challenge or concern seeking clarity or an approach to a solution.

    In a 90-minute session, clients share a challenge and explore possible solutions. They leave with a sense of preparedness and confidence. Spot coaching often focuses on difficult, awkward or challenging conversations as well as giving and receiving feedback.

  • Corporate Clients

    Corporate engagements include 1:1 coaching with a client and a Leadership Circle Profile® 360 review. Clients also have three meetings throughout the engagement (beginning, midpoint, end) with their manager, business sponsor and coach.
